We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed with: fibre and wireless network operators that carry your service; our billing, client portal and support platforms; payment and debit order processors; credit bureaus; professional advisers; and law enforcement or regulators where the law requires it. Our service providers must keep your information confidential and secure.

Some of our service providers (for example cloud-hosted software) may process information outside South Africa. We only allow this where the recipient is subject to laws, binding rules or an agreement that give a level of protection substantially similar to POPIA.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, for example tax records and communication-related information that RICA requires us to retain. We then delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, damage and unauthorised access, and we will notify you and the Information Regulator if there is a security compromise as required by POPIA.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you and request access to it; ask us to correct or delete it; object to processing, including for direct marketing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact our Information Officer at privacy@mzansico.net. Our PAIA manual is available on request.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator: inforegulator.org.za.
